Kitchen Hacks: A better trick for managing bacon grease
I'm a big fan of bacon but I hate the greasy mess that's left over. To get rid of it, I line a small bowl with foil and pour the hot grease in. In a few hours, when the grease hardens, I wrap up the foil around it and throw the whole thing in the trash.
