How to create my Secret Decoder Spy Valentines

How to create my Secret Decoder Spy Valentines

Every now and then you need to make your little kids feel cool at school. In my graphic design-filled world, that means making creative valentines. Generally I let my kids come up with the theme and I create the prototypes. This year's request was a tough one. My spy-loving son, Will, really wanted a secret decoder. After a few hours of Pinterest searching and many more hours of creating failed prototypes I finally figured out a workable solution...and it's pretty darn awesome.

Fun right? I love their simplicity and their stealthy-spy vibe. Plus, they're cool enough on their own that I don't even need to worry about candy. :)

If you have a spy lover at your house. You should hop over to the store and grab the download. It comes in 4 cool colors: red, blue, pink and purple.
