How To Have The Coolest Trampoline In The Neighborhood

Looking for an easy way to wear out your kids this summer?  This inexpensive Homedepot slide has been installed in a few different places in our house over the years. Lately, it’s been stashed under the deck while we work on finishing the basement...until we decided to attach it to the trampoline!  I can’t believe we didn’t think of this sooner. It’s been such a fabulous upgrade to our otherwise unremarkable tramp.

I used basic cable ties to attach the slide and a swim noodle to cover the springs and poles. The first round of ties snapped after a few hours so I recommend two cable ties through each hole for a little more stability.

This simple addition has made a huge difference in how much my kids play outside...along with every neighbor kid within earshot. If you need a way to perk up your backyard, you might want to give this one a try.
