Help your kids tackle their everyday obstacles with this simple punch card tool.

I created these trackers to help my kids manage some of their school goals. My autistic son, Jack, often needed a little extra incentive to accomplish small objectives and these trackers were my favorite solution.

First, I would work with their teacher to set a clear goal (such as staying on task all morning or keeping their desk tidy). Next, I would chat with my child to figure out a good reward that could be given at home (such as a small lego set or a favorite treat). Then, I would tape one of these trackers to the corner of their school desk. Whenever they accomplished their goal, their teacher would place a sticker on a circle or mark it with a sharpie. Once the card was full, my kids would have their teacher sign the back and bring it home to receive their prize.

These tools allowed me to help manage my kid's behavior in class without hovering or placing burdens on the teachers. We loved it! I hope it helps your family too.

This listing includes 1 PDF file:

The cards are left intentionally generic so you can customize the goals to your child's needs
