Our 2019 field day was inspired by heavy metal, hair bands, and all things rock and roll! Our games, costumes, and publicity revolved around this cool rock-inspired theme.
Game Stations: We did 8 game stations (two classes per station). Each station lasted 10 minutes. We ended up moving all our games indoors at the last minute due to the crazy stormed that moved in...after we had set everything up outside. 🤪
Publicity: We played rock music over the announcements and delivered tattoo sleeves to all the teachers and staff.
Costumes: We asked the teachers and room moms to come up with some way to set their class apart - rock & roll style. Most of the kids came with crazy spiked hair, shredded spirit wear, and Kiss-inspired makeup.
This free printable is an 8-page PDF of our games and rules from this big event. These rules were distributed to the volunteers before the event and then kept at the stations for easy reference.
